Business and property owners along San Pedro Drive are invited to participate in an upcoming public meeting hosted by City Council Services to discuss a proposal to designate properties along the corridor as a Metropolitan Redevelopment Area (MRA) under New Mexico’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Code.
This meeting is informational and will include:
An overview of what an MRA is and how the Metropolitan Redevelopment Code works
An analysis of current conditions within the proposed designation area
An opportunity for impacted stakeholders to learn more and ask questions

The proposed MRA area generally follows San Pedro Drive, extending from Cagua Pl NE on the north to Lomas Blvd on the south. A map of the proposed area will be reviewed as part of the presentation.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for business and property owners within the area, but participation is open to anyone who would like to better understand the proposal and its potential implications.
